摘要

A new method for noise suppression by using multilayered Co-Zr-Nb film was proposed and implemented for telecommunication RF IC chip, which demonstrated good noise suppression in the GHz range. In order to understand the mechanism of good noise suppression, this paper discussed the experimental results and IC chip level EM simulation on magnetic near field shielding and conductive noise suppression simultaneously. The test bench consisted of MSL (microstrip line) covered with a multilayered Co_(85)Zr_3Nb_(12) film on the top. It was clarified that the effect of magnetic near field shielding was originated in conductive noise suppression, and it is associated with the shift of FMR frequency.
