Simulation of the Technological Parameters of Continuous Horizontal Casting of Bronze бpо5ц5с5 Ingots

Influence of the basic technological parameters of continuous horizontal casting of bronzeбpо5ц5с5 round ingot of 65 mm diameter on the temperatures distribution was investigated by the methods of mathematical simulation. In order to improve the good quality of the ingot with the mentioned dimensions the stopping time must be set in the range between 10 and 12 sec, the movement time must be about 0,8-2,0 sec. The draw out step has been fixed on the level 42 mm.
