PCE Engineering Oy Ab has launched its Elematic Fastening Method as a flexible and versatile solution for all types of precast concrete production, reportedly effecting time and manpower savings. Based on jaw magnets, the patented fastening system has been designed for casting various fa?ade elements, walls, panels, beams, fences and flooring products. A significant feature of the system is that mold connections are reusable from cast to cast and, unlike other fastening methods, do not damage the mold. The company has created a range of reusable side-forms in light steel or aluminum and accessories providing users flexibility.
