摘要

The formation kinetics of ultrafine diamond samples produced by detonation synthesis is inferred from infrared and ultraviolet absorption spectra.The results of experiments have shown that ultra-fine diamond (UFD) [1,2] produced by detonation synthesis is characterized by structural heterogeneity.The density,element composition,high contents of functional groups,and the other parameters of UFD differ considerably from the corresponding characteristics of traditional diamond [3-9].Therefore,UFD is treated differently:as a diamond-like phase of carbon [4],a hy-permolecular system [6],and a composite material [5].
