摘要

Effects of partial oxide pressure in vacuum chamber on the structure and phase composition of vacuum-plasma titanium oxide coatings formed from separated and no separated flows of arc metal plasma have been studied. Coating color parameters are calculated in conformity with requirements of Commission Internationale de I'Eclairage (CIE). Dependencies of coating color parameters on deposition conditions and coating phase composition were ascertained.
