摘要

The size distributions of accumulated number of radiation defects and thermal fatigue microcracks are obtained on the base of analysis of literature data. It has been shown that different hierarchical levels of these defects evolution have been occurred as a result of alternating two stages: a stable stage of defect accumulation and growth and stage of defects coalescence. New criteria of multiple fracture are suggested. The main governing laws of damage accumulation process at different loading conditions are established on the base of this analysis of size distributions of radiation defects.
