The mathematical model of powder processing inplasma sprays has been developed. The model describes heatingand motion of separate particle in direction along and normal toplasma spray axis. The routine PLASMA was designed forcalculations in Windows 95 system. Comparative anaiysis of thecalculation and experimental results have been done and on thebasis of it the optimization of tungsten powder plasma sprayingprocess was carried out.
