摘要

The regular behavior of the fine structure of sampling distributions in radioactive-decay-type processes is considered. THe time dependence of the probability of their similarity is indicative of process nonstationarity. The most natural cause of the nonstationarity is generally believed to be the instrumental influence, which in principle cannot be obviated completely. However, the universality of the phenomenon and the correlation of the fine structure in independent synchronous processes suggest that there is a certain fundamental cause of this phenomenon. A mechanism is proposed for the generation of the fine structure as the result of influence of a nontrivial topology of the space on the decay process.
