摘要

The interaction of cis-[PtCl_2(Me_2SO)_2] with human serum albumin (HSA) and the sensitivity of the complex to heat denaturation as dependent on the duration of incubation have been studied by UV absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. Optimal conditions for cis-[PtCl_2(Me_2SO)_2] binding to HSA have been determined. The results are compared with the data for the HSA–cisplatin complex. It has been found that binding of HSA with cis-[PtCl_2(Me_2SO)_2] does not result in significant structural changes of the protein.
