Managing engineering diagnositcs

The Faculty of Engineering of the University of the West of England (UWE) is not split into the traditional areas of mechanical9 production, and electrical and electronic engineering. Its integrated character encourages collaboration acrosstraditional boundaries which leads to a true multi-disciplinary way of working. During 1993 the faculty hosted the COMADEM conference, and since then it has been involved in a number projects which are connected with condition monitoring and diagnosticengineering.
