We have developed the DL 708, the portable 8 ch digital scope with a large color display. We applied Plug-in module type architecture for DL 708 and developed 6 kinds of module, such as High Speed Isolation Module (10 MS/s, 10 bits), High Resolution Isolation Module (100 kS/s, 16 bits), Temperature Module. We developed self-designed CMOS technology one-chip IC which contain variable gain amplifier, filter, and 10 bits AD converter for High-Speed Isolation Module. So we achieve compaction of input module. Display of DL 708 is 10.4-inch color TET with highlight and wide viewing angle, its quality will be equal to CRT. DL 708 have 16-MWord (Max) large memory acquisition function, and optionally internal hard disk acquisition function (we call "Real-time recording to internal hard disk") which achieve equivalent 128 MW large memory acquisition. We adopted 3-dimentional CAD system for mechanical design, so achieved compact (approx. 370 (W)×260 (H)×183 mm (D)) and light weight (6.8 kg) body. We believe that DL 708 will he able to perform wide-hand measuring, so low-speed (temperature) to high-speed (Mhz bandwidth), and can be applied to various application (example: Electro mechanical and so on).
