Monitran produces 'Grip Tight' versions of its vibration sensors and accelerometers

Monitran Ltd. a UK-based developer and manufacturer of sensors for measuring vibration and displacement, reports that its general purpose vibration sensors and accelerometers are now available in "Grip Tight" (GT) versions. GT technology (patent pending) enables a sensor to be quickly and easily fitted or removed from its GT stud, while ensuring that the mechanical bond - essential for the transfer of energy - is maintained (Figure 1a).
