FLIR agrees to acquire controlling interest in Cedip

FLIR Systems Inc of Portland, Oregon, USA, which designs, manufactures and markets thermal imaging and stabilized camera systems for a wide variety of thermography and imaging applications has entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Cedip Infrared Systems, a provider of infrared cameras and stabilized gimballed systems, based in Croissy-Beaubourg, France.
