摘要

If the injection point is located at the wall-side of the vessel, the volumetric mass-transfer coefficient increased rather slightly with the increase in the rotation rate. But if the injection point is located at the center of the vessel, it was once decreased and increased with the rotation rate. The volumetric mass transfer coefficient can be represented as the function of input mixing energy densities, P_(gv). The following empirical equation was obtained using a concept of the effective energy density. K_a=5.5 X 10~(-5) P_(av)~(0.75) (P_(av)/3 +P_(gv))~(0.14).
