Characterization of Zeolite Materials Using Powder Diffraction Technique

摘要

Microporous materials such as zeolites show various chemical and physical properties e.g. catalysis or molecular sieving. Such properties are closely related with the crystal structure originated from a characteristically topological framework. The powder diffraction method is developing as a main technique for measuring crystal structures, giving the detail information in atomic and/or molecular scale. Here, the latest structure analysis of zeolite by the technique based on the Rietveld method, Le Bail analysis, etc., is reviewed.
