摘要

A simple model of Darwinian evolution at the molecular level is introduced. The model is solved exactly in the case of a flat fitness landscape, where all genomes have the same a priori chances of reproducing. The model is then shown to be equivalent to a dynamical system with stochastic dynamics. An analogy is drawn between the fluctuation of population averages in the model and that of thermodynamical averages in the theory of disordered systems. Our analysis points to the relevance of concepts drawn from the theory of dynamical and disordered systems in evolution theory.
