Utilization of money supply to overcome crisis in the agroindustrial complex

A proposal for using the Russian Central Bank's control of money supply to influence the economic situation of the country's agroindustrial complex is described. It is recommended that an additional 100 billion roubles be issued by the bank, with atleast 50 billion roubles designated for investment in the complex.
