It has been proposed to regard the functioning tripsin-like proteolysis and its inhibition during the ontogeny of wheat in the system: organism - organ - cellular nuclei - supramolecular blocks: (nucleoplast, chromatin, nuclear matrix) - enzyme. Spatial-temporary specificity of functioning of tripsin-like proteinases and its inhibitors during 0 h- 24 h- 48 h- 72 h- 96 h- 120 h is shown.
