Post-transcriptional alterations of nuclear RNA in sunflower organogenesis

摘要

The post-transcriptional alterations of nRNAs sequence during sunflower organogenesis were investigated. It was found, that organ-specific pre-mRNA of root of 5-day old etiolated seedlings are transcribed in the nuclei of cells of 2-day old etiolated seedlings, using polysomal mRNA excess: ~3H-null nDNA hybridization reactions. That proves that post-transcriptional selection processes takes a part in the regulation of sunflower gene expression.
