Method of genetic transformation of grapevine cv. Cabernet Sauvignon, Podarok Magaracha, Rubinovyi Magaracha, Krona 42 was developed. Inoculation of primary explants and organogenic calli by agrobacteria strain, carrying bar gene of herbicide phosphinothricin (basta) resistance gave the possibility to obtain grapevine plants resistant to 20 mkl/l basta in culture medium. Control plants were killed already by 3 mkl/l of herbicide in the medium. Inoculation of explants by agrobacleria strain carrying antitumorigenic determinant of RSF 1010 plasmid of Inc-Q groupe raised plants that in in vitro conditions did not developed crown galls by tumorigenic agrobacteria inoculation. Plants that were obtained in these experiments are propagated to study the expression of transferred genes in in vivo conditions.
