Complex methodical approach to calculation and estimation of Rubus chamaemorus L. resources in the southern Taiga forests.

摘要

A complex methodical approach was used to calculate and estimate the resources and potential of cloudberry, Rubus chamaemorus, in the sphagnum-type pine forests of the southern taiga subzone (the Vologda region). This approach included improved methods for determination of species stand area and average fruit mass, a numerical method of yield forecasting during the flowering period, and methods for economic evaluation of species resources in the market economy.
