Taxonomy of shrimps of the genus Nematocarcinus (Decapoda, Nematocarcinidae). A review of taxonomic characteristics and a key to identifying species of the genus [Review] [Russian]

Traditional taxonomic characteristics (rostrum, dorsal protuberance of the 3(rd) and abdomen segment and pleura of the 5(th) one) used in the identification of species of the Nematocarcinus genera are described as well as newly found characters (protuberance of the pleura internal surface in the 5(th) abdomen segment, accessory spines of telson, distoventral organ of the 6(th) abdomen segment). A polytomic key for the identification of 38 species of this genus is given.
