Polymorphism of the introduced species Cepaea hortensis (Gastropoda, Pulmonata, Helicidae) in Lvov. 1. General regularities of polymorphism [Russian]

The polymorphism of Cepaea hortensis was studied in Lvov city located beyond the natural range of the given species. The phenotypical diversity decreased in the polulation under study as in natural marginal ones. The polymorphism was registered by three characters: the presence of stripes, their fusion, and pigmentation. There are only yellow-colored shells, the shells without stripes prevail (>80%). The 12345 phenotype predominates among the striped shells, (12)345 phenotype, among shells with fused stripes.
