New species of the genus Microchelonus (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) from the Lower Volga river basin [Russian]

New species of the genus Microchelonus are described from the Volgograd oblast: M. punctifossa sp. n. with very small apical aperture in male, M. ergeniensis sp. n. with a pair of large yellow abdominal spots in female and a shortened radial cell of fore wing, and M. tingutanus, which is similar to M. retusus Nees and differs in the longer radial cell and the S-shaped third segment of radial vein.
