Lentiginous hyperpigmentation confined to resolved psoriatic plaques and treated with a Q-switched ruby laser.

Hyperpigmented lesions confined to resolved psoriatic plaques have been rarely reported and have been described previously as lentigines, naevus spilus hyperpigmentation and speckled pigmentation. We present a similar case causing cosmetic concern, which was treated using a Q-switched ruby laser (OSRL).
