Internet telephony is one of the most promising applications of the Internet. The market is growing very rapidly. For further penetration of the Internet telephony, the issues on service models, quality of services, network models, and numbering plan should be resolved. Committee on IP technology was established to study the guidelines for IP telephony including regulatory issues.
