Actinic granuloma: A history of photoexacerbation and the importance of a radial 'three-zone' biopsy

Actinic granuloma (AG) is an uncommon granuloma-tous skin disease, characterized by annular plaques occurring on sun-exposed skin. We report a patient with a history of photoexacerbation, and highlight the importance of a 'three-zone' biopsy in making the diagnosis.
