摘要

Two kinds of Si{sub}3N{sub}4 powder, of which characteristics were similar to each other in morphology, crystallographic phases and chemical composition except oxygen content, were sintered without additives at 1300℃~1600℃ under the ultrahighpressure of 3.0GPa. The amount of oxygen in Si{sub}3N{sub}4 powder does not influence its densification behavior, but it is effective for its sinterability.
