摘要

For establishing a phase-partitive analysis method for ceramics, selective solubility between grain and grain boundary phases of silicon nitride ceramics was studied using acid treatment. The grain boundary phase is dissolved selectively inhydrochloric, nitric and sulfuric acids as well as water, while both the phases are effectively dissolved in hydrofluoric acid with higher solubility of grain boundary phase. In case of the other acids, solubility of the grain boundary phase depends onacid concentration and temperature and is independent of acid kinds.
