This paper proposes the following 3 items. 1. It is very useful to evaluate freshness and safety of food by the Normalized Freshness given demerit marks of Food Contamination. This paper shows the evaluated examples. 2. Arrhenius's Law is available for Respiration, Weight Reduction and Normalized Freshness Degradation with common activated energy E. Stress Breath causes increase of coefficient A. 3. Through dropping and preserving test, this paper shows that the quantitative diagnosis by change of weight percentages is available actually.
