Cold storage and vacuum cooling system for fresh vegetables

摘要

After harvet, ftesh vegitables are pre-cooled immediatly and temporary stored in the cold storage. Then, transported to wholesale market, super market. In this paper, recently energy saving system concerned with vacuum cooling equipment and new freshness preservation techniques tried recently for the cold storage of fresh vegitables in the place of production are produced.
