摘要

A numerical simulation is performed in order to investigate the effects of surfactant on steam absorption in falling film of LiBr aqueous solution. Numerical simulation is based on a typical finite difference method and the basic equations are discretized on the staggered grid fixed on the physical space with constant mesh sizes. Surface tension is considered as a variable with interface temperature and concentration. Results showed that surfactant produced interfacial disturbance in the film and these disturbances have significant effect on steam absorption.
