摘要

The arc generating by switching process become the key restriction of the electrical life of the AC contactor, we make the intelligent improvement to solve them. In each phase of the AC contactor contacts, connected a triac in parallel at both ends. Triac bears the main circuit current before the on-off process. So it can make AC contactor to achieve non-arc on-off operation, greatly improves the electrical life of the contactor. But contactor which is connected a triac has no obvious visible gap. In practical applications it can not guarantee the circuit is completely disconnected from the power and pose a security risk to the maintenance of equipment. Therefore, we propose a new structure style of the contactor with a obvious visible gap.
