Study of Automatic Arrangement of Educational Material Thumbnails for the CAI System

摘要

Using IntelligentPad system which can dynamically compose the objects visualized on the screen and program it, we have developed the computer-aided instruction system which can re-edit the educational material freely. This system makes thumbnails of the educational materials and arranges them automatically. User can reuse efficiently the educational materials, which were arranged by the system. In this article, we describe the method of making thumbnails and codes from the educational materials, and by using these codes we describe how to arrange the thumbnails automatically.
