Formal ways of choosing a method to forecast power consumption regimes for electric power system objects

摘要

This article deals with a number of methods forecasting power consumption regimes for various objects of electric power systems. It is also about getting formal criteria of choosing an optimal method under limited initial information conditions. The process of an automatic choice of the forecasting method is realized on PC.
