摘要

The article describes the experience of application of an expert system at Russian fossil-fueled power plants, proving the decrease of heating surface failure, where considerable attention is paid to CCMS application and water treatment maintenance by means of CCMS. The analysis of CCMS introduction influence on the equipment availability has been carried out. Experimental data on water and steam quality during the start of the power unit are presented. Introduction of CCMS at FF PP with oxygen water treatment allows to optimize start-up technology. A number of heat-chemical tests have been carried on with the help of portable diagnostic complex. It is shown that more than 50% of load fluctuations lead to the decrease of water treatment quality with respect to the oxygen and hydrogen content, which results in considerable growth of corrosion products.
