The features of the modelling of flows in steam turbine exhaust hoods connected with nonuniform inlet velocity field behind the last stage are considered. It is shown that during the model test this feature must be taken into account, and specific data on the influence of inlet flow nonuniformity on hood aerodynamic resistance are adduced.
