摘要

An appointed weight of Cytochrom C was charged into the sterilizing wrapper for ethylene oxide and the four corners of the wrapper was sealed by the heat sealer. And then, the wrapper was patched on the frontal arms of 32 volunteers by medical adhesive tape for one hour. The recovered Cytochrom C was dissolved in the distilled water and the visible ray spectrum of the Cytochrom C aqueous solution was observed.That is., it is known that Fe~(3+) ion is easily reduced to Fe~(2+) in Cytochrom C by super oxide. And then, the absorbance depended on Fe~(2+)ion at 550nm rapidly increases, in opposite side, that depended on Fe~(3+) ion slightly decreases.It has been carried out the super oxide slightly released from human skin surface was observed by simple visible ray spectroscopy of Cytochrom C.
