摘要

To recover thermal energy from wasteefficiently and reduce concentrations of CO,NOx, and dioxins on exhaust gas from incineration plants, it is necessary toincrease the stability of the steam flow ratefluctuation from the boiler. To do so, MHIdeveloped a combustion control system usinginfrared (IR) sensors and measurementfacilities for image processing and detectionof burn out lines, This system has been installed at an incineration plant andprovides good control performance. In thispaper, we apply predictive control to make the steam flow rate more stable.
