R&D on Electronic Toll Collection (ETC)that enables drivers to he registered and billed fortollgater automatically has been conducted worldwideas an Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) application.As a leader in this field, we have developed a tollmachine first introduced into Japan, and began studyingETC in 1984 prior to other companies. We have providedElectronic Road Pricing (ERP), to Singapore and an ETCto Malaysia, and are ranked among the top three in-vehicle unit suppliers.
