摘要

The new stage of development of oil and gas industry in Azerbaijan has begun in the early nineties of the 20-th century, with gaining Republic of independence and attraction of foreign investments into branch. During this period, under the guidance of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, Oil strategy of independent Azerbaijan has been developed, and its implementation on September, 20th, 1994 has begun.
