摘要

Some of the Japan's oldest nuclear generation plants are now entering their 30th year, which is close to their designed lifespan. In such a circumstances, in-situ flaw sizing and repairs are urgently required. Accordingly, laser ESPI flaw detection method was developed and remote inspection on SCC (Stress Corrosion Cracking)using laser holography realize cost- and time-effective in-situ inspection for aged nuclear power plants. Principles of pulsed ESPI detection was demonstrated qualitatively by finite difference method on two dimensional model.
