摘要

A novel organic solar cell and molecular and bioelectronics devices were constructed by mimicking the photosynthetic system of bacteria for a high-efficiency photo-electric conversion. We prepared the long-chain alkyl derivatives of D-σ-A compound which has dihydrophenazine (donor unit D) and dinitrobenzene moiety (acceptor unit A) bridged by a methylene group with constant distance and bond angle. High-quality monolayer Langmuir-Blodgett films of the D-σ-A compound transferred onto Au(111) showed rectifying and photo-electric characteristics in an evanescent field. Photosynthetic reaction center protein monolayer was also tried to measure nano-metere-scale electrical characteristics.
