The method of camera control and picture processing for distance learning

摘要

It is ready for the distance learning, by population of the network, and it is started for using. In distance learning, the camera is used for seeing each other. The network system was able to move the camera by students. But, the camera control is difficult caused by the delay of network and the delay of picture compression. We developed the useful method, which has advanced response for the camera control, by the device in the side of indication. We report this method and advanced picture compression for this method.
