A study of ticket-based access control method for mobile agent platforms

Although Mobile Agent Technology has been so far studied for practical use, interoperability among the different agent platforms has not been sufficiently discussed. Under such an environment, it should be required to authenticate an agent by a service provider and to limit his accessible services (access control) in a proper manner. In the previous paper, we propose a centralized policy file management method. In this paper we propose a ticket-based access control method improving authentication and authorization method in the previous approach.
