Neuron-type conducting polymer, which consists of a disk part corresponded to an cell and branches corresponded to dendrites and an axon, can be electrochemically fabricated by changing polymerization/environment conditions. The neuron-type conducting polymers can be connected each other and thus the network of conducting polymer is fabricated. If the neuron-type conducting polymer networks have the conductivity controlled by passing signals at the path of the network, it can be designed for a network device. The conductivity of the path of the composite conducting polymer has been controlled by the pretreatments: (1) adding unipolar signals at the path under liquid doped state and (2) dropping ethanol on the path. The pretreatment can be used as record writing on the neuron-type conducting polymer network. If the pretreatment repeatedly works on one path, the neuron-type conducting polymer network works as memory. In the case of development of neural network of conducting polymer, it is important that the weights of the paths of the conducting polymer network are rewritten or changed by the signals. In this paper, the memory effect and the rewriting of composite conducting polymer using the unipolar signals are considered.
