Recent progress in study on terahertz device applications using graphene will be reviewed. The device concepts exploiting the unique features of optoelectronic properties of graphene are introduced with theoretical manifestations of their advantageous performances and functionalities. Some technological importances with proof-of-concept experiments as well as future trends are also addressed.
