Research for manufacturing innovation Technical Research Institute of Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry (JSPMI)

摘要

Manufacturing industries face various problems such as shorter product life cycle, more diversified customer needs. In this situation, our institute is being researching new methods concerning manufacturing innovation. In this exhibition, we exhibit two research results which are parts of our research results as a new 3D tube bending machine using 6-DOF parallel kinematics and manufacturing cell simulation environment synchronizing real equipment and virtual factory model. We introduce these results in the following chapters in detail.
