摘要

The numerical analysis method used in industrial forming which is called CAE (Computer Aided Engineering),is a very important way of shortening lead 'mg costs and improving quality. Since the 1980's, we have developed numerical analysis polymer processing, sheet metal forming, casting forging processes. These studies consist of modeling of the phenomenon that serves the analysis purpose and the development of new computing methods. Furthermore, we have suggested a method of measuring the mechanical properties and thermal properties, and have shown an application example for the design process. At present, the developed systems have been put into practical use and results have been obtained.
