The Feast of Mount Carmel takes place from July 10th through July 16th in a small New Jersey town called Berkeley Heights (population just under 13,000). This year was particularly special because they were celebrating the centennial of this wonderful festival. The festival itself draws large numbers of people to this quaint location, but it is July 16th-the final night of the festival-that draws tens of thousands to the event to see the fireworks.
